How to place an order?
1, On the right corner of our site, Click 'My Account' --> ' Rigister'. Now you are a member of our community, add items to your 'Cart' and checkout anytime.
2, Add to Cart directly, Click 'Shopping Cart' and you can check out with " Paypal Checkout" button. We will receive your order immediately.
How should I pay?
We currently support paypal checkout, credit cards and bank transfer.
Which currencies can i shop in?
This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.
What makes you different from your competitors?
We are based in Guangzhou, the largest auto aftermarket and trading center in China. With over 10 years experience in the industry, we have built a wide network of supply chain and attended to different customers' needs worldwide.
We also have our main factory in manufacturing Carbon Fiber Accessories while also co-operate another two factories which specialize in Car Steering Wheel Paddle Shifter and Aluminum parts. We also do customization for wholesale customers.
How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Our handling time is within 48hrs, we will upload a tracking number on the transaction page once it's shipped out.
Then you can view shipping movements on www.17track.net ( Although it would take some extra time to allow status to be seen online)
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?If so, how long do customers have to contact you?
Yes, no problem. But pls send us an email to notify within 24hrs. If it's taken too long, shipments could not be stopped.
Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law(i.e.,a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?
Jogon Automotive has a 30-day return & refund policy. We accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, you're covered under our 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy. Please contact us within 30 days after the receipt of original order.
If you are not happy with an item, or no longer want it, you have 14 days after receiving the item to mail out a return for refund. You don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be fully refunded once our team confirms your request.

Can you do a drop shoping? or combined shipping?
Yes.
- We are very familiar with drop shipping for online customers. Leave us your customer's address, we will send and upload tracking ASAP.
- For multiple items (≥2) in one order, we will do combined shipping, and we can guarantee there will be at least 5% off as discount.
Do you offer reward points or loyalty points,certificate,etc.?
Yes. Jogon Automotive will offer coupon codes or special deals for repeated buyers or recommended buyers.
